Meet Captain Frank!
Captain Frank was born and raised in Missouri. He moved to the seashore of California for his education, which included learning about surfing, sailing and boating. He then took to the skies, flying helicopters - Hueys and 58s - for Uncle Sam.
After retiring from the military, Capt. Frank moved to the Caribbean, where he thought he was going to play golf! The siren-song of the sea lured him away from the golf course and he has spent the past 17 years sailing, exploring and enjoying the waters, islands and fun spots of the Caribbean.
Captain Frank can't wait to show you all of his favorite
places ... famous beach bars like Foxy's, Taboo, and Soggy Dollar; snorkel spots like nearby island Hans Lollick, and
Reef Bay on St. John; and the Willie T floating bar!
